I graduated from Trinity high school (Euless) in 2018. While there I played varsity soccer for 4 years, starting every game after my freshman year. I captained the team my Junior and Senior year while earned 2nd team, first team, and midfield MVP honors my sophomore, junior and senior years. As a senior I led my team to our first bi-district championship in over 10 years. For club I played D1 classic league for Dallas Texans under Willie Milano.
After graduating from high school I attended the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). My freshman year I came off the bench as a left back and my sophomore year I earned the starting midfield spot, helping my team to a conference championship and securing a spot in the NCAA tournament. Unfortunately, my junior season was cut short due to COVID-19. We only played 7 games and lost in the semi finals of the conference tournament. My senior season, I moved to center back and captained our team to one of the longest clean sheet runs in school history. Ultimately the season ended in another disappointing semi final loss in the conference tournament. However, I capped the season off with 2nd team All-Region honors.
I graduated from UTD with a bachelors in mathematics and a minor in finance, and now currently work as Software Test Engineer at a Financial firm.
As someone who has been kicking a ball from the moment they could walk, I love soccer and all the memories, experiences, and friendships that I’ve created through the sport. My goal is to create and participate in those moments for the next generation. I want my practices to be an environment where lifelong friendships are formed and maintained. I want to inspire, motivate, and challenge players to be the best version of themselves. My teams will focus on possession, on and off the ball movement, and effort on defense!
